I had an amazing one-night stay in a beautiful room with an open-air bath, the staff was super friendly, and the food at the restaurant was fresh and excellent.

Absolutely stunning and relaxing place, we did not want to leave.
The staff assisted us with luggage. It was a stunning location near Oishi Park, Fuji-Q land and Yagazaki Park...

I booked modern double room here with the private garden, fantastic breakfast, for example. The breakfast was amazing and delicious with all the Japanese delicacies and minimal seafood, for example, had everything you could want. I thoroughly enjoyed particularly good and unbeatable location, just next door to convenience stores, restaurants, Lake Kawaguchi, top Japanese restaurants, and the supposed nature.

The view of Fuji San
Early in the morning (6:30 A.M.), there was a lot of noise from work being done to people speaking loudly, and the facilities hours are not very conducive to a guest's stay and/or need.

When we book this hotel, we suppose to have a wifi connection internet , but it doesn't . The room is alrge enough , but the bed ( call futon ) is too thin , its real rough for your back .

Near Mt. Fuji and Fuji five lakes.
There was no hot tap water in the shared sink nearby the room. There was one in the Onsen-type shared bath room (hot spring), but it was far from the room and could not be used in the mid-night (22:00 - morning). Japanese bed (Huton) was not comfortable since it was dirty and thin. Noise came from outside road and inside the house. The room was cold even in the spring season. The Onsen was not so big for many customers coming without staying. There was 10% service charge even though there was no actual service. This was not real Japanese type hotel (Ryokan), but it just like Ryokan-taste youth hostel. Definitely, this was not value for money.

The location was quiet and absolutely perfect. The staff members were top-class. The room was very good sized and well-equipped with a separate bathroom, a safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The hotel is close to the mount Fuji
The hotel seems to be cheap as a Ryokan with a view on Fujisan. Actually, only feew rooms have a view on the mount. The onsen can be used only between 10am and 9h45pm and the check-out has to be done prior 10am. Of course there is no bathroom or toilet or sink in the room. This means that you cannot wash yourself on the morning, only on the evening and before 9h45pm. The shared bathroom is durty (like the bed, the blanket, the pillow by the way...realy durty !!). If you want to use the onsen on the morning, then you have to pay again!!! The onsen is really small. Finally, the value for money is really bad, the location close to the mount Fuji cannot justify this price for a durty room bed (a lot of big spots everywhere)and the poor faciliti
